The Paper Dolls display was used as a tool to promote the move of the card and wrap department. We set out to create outfits that didn't from the outset look like they were made of paper at all. Myself and the homewares team created two looks using techniques of folding, pleating and draping to create two very avant garde garments drawing inspiration from Issey Miyake, Costume design and architecture buildings such as the empire state building.
